After the nine hour plane ride we finally made it to our new home in Maastricht, Netherlands. The city is absolutely beautiful! It has a very Medieval influence in regard to its architecture. Therefore, it's unlike a major city such as New York, however, it's still very modern in it's own old fashion way. The locals portray a lifestyle that is very active and of good cheer. Their main source of transportation is via bicycle or walking, which explains why most of them are in top-notch shape. We had a "tour guide" our first day here named Tim Knabben.
